21天习惯养成法

还是习惯性的写日期会写成2012,I guess 2012 passed too fast.
今天Celine邀请一起去海边玩,it is so nice of her。And I found French people are really nice。I need to work on myself a little bit since I have so few interets to maintain a conversation with people.
上一周难说very productive but very fullfilled. 这周Adri回来应该做些serious work了。Ketil和Lasse提到的课题可以带着看看了。我总是觉得自己一直很满足于现状,然后现状treated me with sth nicer and I want more out of it, 然后我却不够努力,like I don’t want it that bad。While in fact I do want it that bad, I need it that bad. Stay out of TV and the couch.
昨天刚看了21天习惯养成法,意思是人坚持做一件事21天就会形成习惯,我一定要试试的。明天开始:
吃饭时不看电视。
晚饭后立即收拾厨房,然后出去散步。
回来后洗漱,水果,酸奶,看一会儿paper就睡觉。
目的是戒掉电视,戒掉沙发。

明天开始学挪威语了,加油=)
